The problem

A retail operation has to follow both the movement of stock and the records behind it, from supplier purchases to customer sales, returns and reporting.

What was built

StockFlow brings those responsibilities into one inventory and operations system, with FIFO inventory logic and connected supplier and customer ledgers.

Follow a purchase through the business

  1. Purchasing

Record purchases and the suppliers behind incoming stock.

  2. Supplier ledger

Keep each supplier's financial record connected to purchasing.

  3. Inventory and FIFO

Track products and stock. FIFO consumes the oldest stock first.

  4. Sales

Handle sales and invoices against the inventory.

  5. Customer ledger

Connect customer records with sales and their ledger.

  6. Reporting

Bring purchasing, stock and sales together in reports and dashboards.
