FaceAttend

The timetable starts the story.

Timetable-led facial attendance inside a wider school management platform: sessions open and close with the class schedule, and exceptions reach the right people.

The problem

Attendance is more than a daily register. A school has to coordinate class schedules, attendance sessions, exceptions, notifications and visibility for teachers, administrators and students.

What was built

FaceAttend opens attendance sessions from the class timetable, recognises students by face, flags exceptions and notifies the right people, inside a broader school management platform.

Follow a scheduled class session

  1. Timetable

The class timetable decides when the attendance session starts.

  2. Facial attendance

Face recognition feeds the active class session.

  3. Attendance engine

Present, late and absent states are set against the schedule.

  4. Exceptions

Intruders, absences and short leave are flagged for attention.

  5. Notifications

Prompt and low-attendance updates keep people informed.

  6. Shared visibility

Teachers, administrators and students see what's relevant to them.

  7. Scheduled close

The session closes automatically with the class.
